Enquiries and communication
Name, company, e-mail and message content. We use these data to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and take steps before entering into a contract. We retain them only as long as necessary, normally no longer than 3 years after the last communication unless a legal duty or legal claim requires longer.
Website operation and security
Technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information may be processed in server logs for security, diagnostics and reliable website operation based on our legitimate interest.
Google Analytics 4
After consent, we measure website traffic and use with Google Analytics 4. The analytics script is not loaded without consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. If Analytics is enabled, Google may store analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID>. Their lifetime depends on the Google Analytics configuration and is commonly no more than 2 years. Essential technical storage may be used without consent; analytics storage only after prior consent.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and website administration providers may access data to the extent necessary. When analytics is enabled, the Google Analytics provider is also a recipient. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
